    Learn the basics of dog obedience, how to properly administer handler techniques and understand fundamental dog psychology. This class will present opportunities to handle dogs in a variety of situations and distractions. Handlers will be given the opportunity to take the AKC Canine Good Citizen test (a nationally recognized dog socialization test0 at the last class. 

    Class will meet on Sundays in Libby outdoors at the Fred Brown Riverside Pavilion. Dates may change depending on weather conditions. Dress accordingly.

    The first class meeting is student-only (no dogs). Please bring your dog’s vaccination records. One dog per student.

    Explore crimes and other forensic evidence from a 35 years’ experienced forensic scientist and examiner from King County Sheriff’s Office (Seattle, WA) as you work through several real crime scenes, including homicides and robberies.
